LeadershipTrip is a website designed to show my journey through leadership; how it has changed, why it has changed and experiences in my life which have caused this change. The website is broken down into different sections.

First, there is a section which has three stories. Each story explains a different situation which was significant to my leadership journey. There is a story about the start of my journey, the crux of my journey so far and where I am at right now. This section is not about course content or academic literature, it is about explaining some significant moments which will then be linked to the course content and some academic literature in the following section.

The next section is a critical reflection. This section links my leadership journey to the course content and to academic literature. This section also goes into depth on my personal leadership statement and how it has changed throughout my journey. Real examples are taken from the stories and from my experiences in the action research project and are used in this section to better explain and back up my points. Reading the stories beforehand will give context as to why I am making certain points throughout this section. This section will also explore how the subject matter covered in class and the action research project impacted my leadership journey.
